2/07/2017 Plan constituent and stakeholder input meetings.
2/07/2017 Launch Online survey link for input on developing the profile. Available on District website from 02/07/2017 - 02/27/2017.
2/23-24/2017 Meetings with constituent and stakeholder group representatives.
2/23/2017 Public Meetings: Feedback Sessions Offered
2/27/2017 Deadline for survey/input from constituents, stakeholders and Board members, including online survey.
3/03/2017 Board to finalize Superintendent profile for the promotional flyer and online application form.
3/06/2017 Ray & Associates to begin distribution of promotional flyer and advertisement of online application.
4/12/2017 Deadline for all applications.
4/20/2017 Board to meet in Executive Session. Review/screen applications. (Time: 11:00am-4:00pm)
4/26/2017 Board to meet in Executive Session. Interview candidates. (Time: 4:00pm-8:00pm)
5/04/2017 Board to meet in Executive Session. Interview candidates. (Time: 9:30am-3:30pm)
May-June 2017 Finalize candidates and conduct final meetings with consultants from Ray & Associates.
Narrow candidate finalists for selection. Announcement of Board Executive Session meeting(s) as needed.
